Not to be confused with the Spear or Short Spear

The Partisan is a two-handed polearm known for its ability to kill an armored enemy in two hits.

Overview[ | ]

The Partisan is a medium-length wooden shaft with a metal point on the end. It is similar to the spear or short spear, but it has the unrivaled ability to kill an enemy wearing a tier 3 chest plate in two hits when using the stab attack. However, it lacks the spear's extreme range and the short spear's cheap cost and ability to be used with one hand.

Alt Mode: Throws the weapon.

Strengths[ | ]

  • Extremely high damage stabs
  • Can combo
  • Stabs can cleave
  • Can be thrown

Weaknesses[ | ]

  • Strikes cannot cleave
  • Strikes do very little damage
  • Has poor swing manipulation

Notes and Trivia[ | ]

  • While the user has the Huntsman perk and meets its conditions, the thrown damage increases by 1.75x
  • The Partisan was originally called "Corseca" in testing. The name was changed when it was added to the game in Patch 21.
  • Despite being called a partisan, this weapon actually bears closer resemblance to a ranseur, as it lacks the cutting edge that real partisans have.
